Care & Maintenance

Wash Care Instructions — this shirt is garment-washed with a deliberate ombre fade, so the job is to keep that fade even rather than stop it. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours, or hand wash. Wash it on its own for the first two or three washes; deep reds bleed early and this one will tint a light load. Do not bleach — it will bite straight through the fade and leave patches. Wash inside out to protect the check and the back print. Mild detergent only. Do not soak. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in shade and inside out; direct sun will lift the red unevenly and flatten the wash. Warm iron on the reverse only, and never over the PVTLTD* back print. Do not dry clean. A little softening and further fading with wear is the point of the finish, not a fault.
