Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for considering our clothing brand for your purchase. Our top priority is customer satisfaction, and we want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Therefore, we have the following return policy in place :
- Person who’s rejected a COD delivery before, shall be blacklisted from future COD Orders.
- Any product on Sale/Clearance is not applicable for returns/refunds/exchanges.
- In case of fresh orders. The return of the shipment will be taken care of by the customer themselves. They will ship it back to us and provide us with a tracking id. Post which the new shipment will be taken care of by company.
- Cancellations are allowed once the order is placed. Refunds will be in form of store credit.

Returns shall only happen if the required sizes are available, the return request shall not be accepted if the sizes are out of stock.
- Refunds only in the form of store credits shall be issued.
- Refund in form of store credit will be credited/processed to the user's wallet or as coupon code within 48 hours of receiving the product back and inspecting the same.
- We will gladly accept returns of any items that have a manufacturing defect or are damaged in transit. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a exchange, incase of non availability of the same product we shall process refund to the source account within 3 working days post receiving the product back and it will be credited to your source account within another 3 working days.
- Exchange timeline post receiving the product back shall also be 7-10 working days.
- In the event of a sizing issue, we will accept returns only in the case of extreme sizing defects. We ask that you carefully review our size chart before making your purchase to ensure that you are ordering the correct size. However, if you receive an item that is drastically different in size than what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Item must be returned in its original condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Additionally, any items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +91 7977698494 within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. In case of delay in client advantage reply we ensure you that your return inquire will be taken into thought.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund in the form of store credits within 5 business days.
