Product Description
Built for the road that doesn't care if you make it back. The Himalayan Biker Corduroy Shirt takes everything a mountain run leaves on you — cold starts, prayer flags snapping at the pass, chai at twelve thousand feet — and prints it onto a navy check corduroy body. Twin sun mandalas burn across the back, an ॐ sits over the heart in faded orange, and hand-set spikes run the shoulder line the way a riding jacket earns its scars.
Cut in a regular fit with a cropped, raw-cut hem that frays further with every wash. The corduroy carries real weight and structure, so it holds its shape worn open over a tee or buttoned through as the whole fit. Made once, in one run — 50 pieces across every size, and no restock. When it's gone, it's gone.

Care & Maintenance
Wash Care Instructions — this shirt is riveted, so treat it differently to a normal flannel. Hand wash cold, on its own — never machine wash, the drum catches the rivets and backs them out. Do not bleach. Wash inside out to protect the print and the rivet backs. Mild detergent only. Do not wring or twist — press the water out. Do not tumble dry. Line dry flat or on a broad hanger in shade, never pegged by the shoulders. Warm iron on the reverse only; never run the iron over the rivets, studs or branding. Do not dry clean. Store hanging on a wide wooden hanger, not folded under weight. Check the rivet backs every few wears and press any that sit proud flat again before you wear it.

Special Note
Please read before you wear it. Every spike and star on this shirt is a hand-set metal rivet — punched through the corduroy and clinched flat at the back. It is a mechanical fixing, not stitching. That is what gives them their bite, and it is also the one part of this shirt that can fail, so treat them as hardware rather than decoration. Do not tug, twist or spin a rivet to test it; that is exactly what loosens it. Never machine wash or tumble dry — a drum turns the rivets against the wall and works them out one at a time. Hang the shirt on a broad wooden hanger so the weight sits across the yoke instead of pulling on the shoulder row. Anything that rubs the shoulders directly — a seat belt, a backpack strap, a pillion bag — will wear at the rivet line over time, so shift the strap or run a layer underneath on long rides. If a rivet ever lifts, press the back flat with your thumb, or with flat-nose pliers through a cloth, before the next wear. Caught early it re-seats and holds for years. Left loose, it will go.
